By accessing or using Do I Need A Pro? (the "Service"), operated by Smart Website Management and owned by Terence Shaw, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
Description of Service
Do I Need A Pro? provides AI-powered guidance to help homeowners understand their plumbing issues and determine whether they can address them independently or should hire a professional plumber. We also connect homeowners with licensed plumbers and provide a platform for plumbers to receive leads.

Plumber Network Terms
If you apply to join our plumber network, you additionally agree that:
- You hold a valid plumbing license in your service area
- You will maintain appropriate insurance coverage
- You will respond professionally to all leads
- You will not share or resell lead information
- You understand that we do not guarantee any minimum number of leads
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMART WEBSITE MANAGEMENT, TERENCE SHAW, AND OUR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: PROPERTY DAMAGE, WATER DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smart Website Management, Terence Shaw, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
